Ich habe heute festgestellt, dass die Batterie in meinem Nano X nicht funktioniert. Das Gerät funktioniert, wenn es eingesteckt ist, ohne Probleme, aber sobald ich es aus dem Ladegerät nehme, schaltet es sich ab, unabhängig davon, wie lange es am Ladegerät angeschlossen war. Ich hatte bisher keine Probleme und das Gerät ist weniger als ein Jahr alt. Haben Sie einen Rat?

I had same issue – contacted support and they gave me a few troubleshooting ideas – most didn’t do anything but one did and now battery is fine (and lasted long enough to now also be out of warranty).

Hey, if the device shuts down when unplugged, it certainly might mean the battery went defective. The device is still useable normally without any security risks via USB.

If they can’t fix it with some trouble shooting then they will replace it.

Your Nano X just turned itself to a Nano S I guess.
