Wenn ich beide Tasten drücke und halte, passiert nichts.

Ich kann Anwendungen öffnen und durch ihr Menü navigieren. Aber ich kann die Systemsteuerung nicht öffnen, um den NanoX auszuschalten.

Auch habe ich gewartet bis die Energiesparzeit erreicht ist. Leider lässt er sich immer noch nicht ausschalten.

I contacted with tech support. And they suggested me to wait untill the battery running out. After this the device turned off, and after I connected it to a charge, the problem disappear. Anyway it is a bit strange that the device has no reset buttons combination.

Hover over the ⚙️ icon HOLD both buttons until the settings dashboard opens up and TAP over on the right button to the power symbol and TAP both buttons at the same time
