Ich habe vor 4 Tagen einen nano x von Best Buy gekauft, da sie ein autorisierter Wiederverkäufer sind und ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Tag 1: alles war kühl lernen, wie man es funktioniert. Tag 2: er bootete. (Tag 3: Nachdem es fertig war, dachte ich, das war’s und ich freute mich darauf, es zu benutzen und installierte die Anwendungen, die ich benutzen wollte. Ende des 3. Tages: Es wird wieder gebootet. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Im Moment bootet es immer noch und nach 5 Minuten schaltet es sich aus. Der Ledger-Support ist auch Müll, denn als ich ihnen an Tag 2 eine E-Mail schrieb, weil ich nicht wusste, was los war, bekam ich nur 3 E-Mails, in denen sie sagten: “Wie haben wir das gemacht” …. 😐
Heute schickten sie eine E-Mail, in der sie sagten: “Lassen Sie es sterben und laden Sie es dann für 24-48 Stunden, das ist, was ich tun würde”…

Seriously at this point with your frustration just get your money back or exchange it if you can. Support from Ledger can take days and weeks because it’s just emailing back and forth waiting for each other to reply back. Also, purchase directly from Ledger

If it goes into “booting” mode it by itself it means that the device is defective. Please post your support case number here and an agent will look at it more closely

Based off of your post, it sounds like the device is getting stuck during a firmware update (where you’ll see this “bootloader” mode message displayed). In the case that your device is indeed getting stuck in bootloader mode, we would be more than happy to take a look at this for you. In the situation that the hardware is defective and you need a replacement – we can provide you with one.

Alternatively, you can always return the Ledger back to BestBuy directly – with respect to this particular situation, the replacement process will be faster in-person, versus shipping your device back to us, and then waiting for the replacement to be shipped back out to you – however this is up to user preference and how you would like to proceed.
