Hallo,

Ich habe manchmal Probleme, wenn ich eine Münze online über den Browser auf meinem PC kaufen möchte.

Wenn ich den Transfer durchführe, erscheint manchmal die Web-Wallet (Metamask oder XDEFI) überhaupt nicht.

Ist es möglich, alle Web-Wallets zu löschen, und kann ich stattdessen die Option Ledger Wallet Connect verwenden, wenn ich mich mit einer Website verbinde? (über Ledger Live)

Wenn ich eine bestehende Wallet-Adresse auf metamask habe und metamask deinstalliere, kann ich diese Adresse dann immer noch mit Ledger Live / Ledger Connect verwenden?)

Diese Wallet-Adresse wurde mit Metamask erstellt, aber ich habe bei der Ersteinrichtung die Option Hardware-Wallet mit dem Ledger-Gerät verbinden verwendet.

you don’t need to delete anything. You can just use wallet-connect if you want. personally i much prefer using metamask, but that’s your choice. In any case, you don’t need to delete anything, and you don’t need to un-install MetaMask.

If you don’t une MM to connect a Dapp to your ledger, MM does nothing and it does not prevent you to use another way to connect the dApp to your ledger.

You should be able to go to your extensions tab (in your browser) and de-activate or delete any previously installed extensions. Sometimes these can fight for connectivity with your Ledger, and so in many cases, disabling and re-enabling extensions for specific dApp activity is recommended for a smooth user experience (for example I know Taho overpowers a lot of other browser extensions if they’re all enabled at once).

With respect to your question over MetaMask, you can uninstall it and then once you re-install it, you can essentially create a new MetaMask account and then connect your Ledger as a hardware device (just like the first time you connected) and everything will automatically generate, just like before. You may need to add back custom tokens, however as long as you’re using the original Ledger from your first set-up – everything should be exactly as it was prior to the uninstallation.
