Mein ledger nano x löschte plötzlich seinen Speicher, während ich ihn benutzte (und entsperrte, ich löste keinen Speicher-Reset aus, indem ich mehrmals einen falschen Pin-Code eingab).

Ngl dies war ziemlich stressig, weil es dann nicht zu erkennen, meine Recovery-Phrase 3 mal (idk, wenn ich nur so schlecht in diesem Spiel lol). Zum Glück hatte ich meine Wiederherstellungsphrase bei mir, als es passierte.

Ist das normal?

A couple years ago spontaneous resets were a known bug and eventually addressed in a firmware update however I have noticed lately there have been a few reports of it still happening.

Make sure you don’t lose that recovery phrase.

When the ledger detects abnormal voltage or access patterns on USB, it can in some cases reset as a security measure, to prevent attacks on the device.

You entered an incorrect word 3 times. That’s an easy mistake, and it happened to me too.

We advise to keep the 24-word recovery phrase safe to get access to your cryptos again, in case such an incident happens.
