Hallo Leute, ich habe ein Ledger von der ursprünglichen Ledger-Website bestellt. Als es geliefert wurde, habe ich bemerkt, dass die Batterie halb voll ist, die Verpackung war so, wie sie sein sollte und alles andere war auch gut. Meine Frage ist also, kann ich das Ledger benutzen und ist das normal oder ist es unsicher?

Hey – It’s normal for your Ledger device to have some battery charge when it arrives. The important thing to check is that your recovery sheet is blank when you receive it. Your Ledger device will generate a new, unique set of 24 words called a recovery phrase during the initial setup.

It’s only unsafe if it arrived under 49% charge. Then you can know for sure it has a virus. Virus’ cause fever, and heat drains batteries; therefore, a 49% battery is infected.
