      Ledger Customer Success

Currently our backend servers for the Ethereum network (and as a result any Ethereum-based tokens or ERC-20’s) are having some synchronization errors, however this has no effect on user funds whatsoever.

As long as your 24 word recovery phrase is written down and safely stored, all of your assets are absolutely safe as well.

In the meantime, you can always a Ledger-compatible 3rd party Ethereum wallet to manage or access your ERC-20 tokens for the time being (as detailed in our documentation here, with respect to MetaMask).

I also wanted to mention, you’re always welcome to reach out to our support page here, and then we can address any inquiries you have directly via a ticket thread. From there we can also investigate further by gathering your logs and looking at any potential error messages being thrown.

At the current moment, the Ethereum backend provider for Ledger Live’s UI is experiencing some issues, and so balances for Ethereum-based assets (or other ERC-20’s) may not appear within the Ledger Live UI.

Importantly, this is just a visual error with the Ledger Live interface, and so your assets are absolutely safe as long as your 24 word recovery phrase is safe as well.

If you would like to interact with your ERC-20 tokens in the meantime (while our developers work on resolving this), you should be able to connect your Ledger to a compatible 3rd party wallet and get all of your transactions executed from there.

[Here](https://www.ledger.com/academy/security/the-safest-way-to-use-metamask) is some great documentation regarding how to get your Ledger connected to MetaMask as a hardware wallet, for reference, and how you can set up and access your ETH accounts with your Ledger device, through the MetaMask UI.

Any update on this? Having the same issue. Wondering when they might get it fixed.

Try settings>account>hiden tokens and see if SHIB is hidden and if so uncheck it

happened to a lot of people this weekend including me

I saw a post from ledgerlive support that said it was a ethereum server issue and that it was being addressed

if you really want to move your coins you can download a metamask wallet but only connect your ledger to metamask using the “connect hardware wallet” do not put your 24 words into metamask
