Mini & App lässt sich nicht synchronisieren

Ich habe ein neues ellipal titan mini. Also, kurz gesagt.

1. Ich habe den Mini eingerichtet.

2. die App geholt.

3. Der Mini wollte ein Update, das ich dann nach dem Einrichten gemacht habe & habe meine 12 Schlüssel ect.

4. Ich habe die App eingerichtet, aber ich habe alle meine 12 Schlüssel & Passwörter manuell eingegeben.

5. Ich habe dann versucht, die App mit dem Mini zu synchronisieren, aber es erscheint die Meldung “Datenlesung fehlgeschlagen, bitte versuchen Sie es erneut**”. WAS SOLL ICH TUN?**

6. Ich habe Krypto auf der App, aber es ist in einem Orange Farbe, die ich denke, bedeutet, dass es ein **HOT WALLET & NOT COLD?** Ich will nicht zu verlieren alles auf meiner App, aber wie kann ich nicht synchronisieren die beiden von ihnen?

7. Kann ich den Mini neu starten & dann die App mit dem Mini synchronisieren?

Hello

Step 4, You don’t need enter the 12 seed phrase on APP. You can just connect APP with Mini device by scanning connect QR code.

Please delete the hot orange wallet account before connect with Mini

@Ellipal_official this is the single biggest thing you need to clarify. That the app wallet and the cold wallets are different.
Do you have to have a hot, in-app wallet at all?
The set up screen talks about accounts instead of wallets. It would be great for you to make tutorial sections for this just like for the update.

Yo! I’ve been dealing with this for the past 36 hours!!! I updated the firmware 2.0, Titan Mini, and the app and I cannot move a test-size sample of BTC from my cold wallet to an exchange. WTF???!!! I’ve been going back and forth with Ellipal CS and they have been ZERO help. They keep sending me canned messages of no help and repeatedly asking me to submit the same data. It’s almost like they’re stalling/trolling.
What do you think I should do??? Can I access my cold wallet from another device (Ledger Stax)? Or does Ellipal being air-gapped not allow me to access my cold wallet from another device? Please help. Thank you!
