Model T manipuliert?

Ich habe heute mein Trezor Model T erhalten, das ich bei einem autorisierten Händler hier bei mir zu Hause gekauft habe.[https://trezor.io/resellers](https://trezor.io/resellers))

Ich bin nur besorgt, weil nach dem Entfernen des manipulationssicheren Siegels/Hologramms fast keine “Rückstände/Markierungen” vorhanden waren (linkes Bild). Auf allen Videos, Bildern und Rezensionen, die ich gesehen habe, war dieses wabenartige Kreuz zu sehen (rechtes Bild). Habe ich es gerade geschafft, es richtig zu entfernen, oder hinterlassen neuere Geräte diese Markierungen nicht mehr? Welche anderen Möglichkeiten gibt es, um sicherzustellen, dass meine Wallet nicht manipuliert wurde?

Edit: Auf dem mittleren Bild kann man auch sehen, dass es Fingerabdrücke/Kratzer/was auch immer auf der oberen linken Seite des Bildschirms gibt, als ich die Verpackung geöffnet habe. Deshalb hatte ich mehr Zweifel, als keine Markierungen beim Entfernen des Siegels übrig waren.

interesting when i broke that seal there was residues marking left on my device as well . not saying your is tampered but its will be better to talk to there support for conformation from there agent

Honestly, dude, if there is a tiny chance it’s been tampered with I’d send it back.

The fingerprint alone would bother me.

I went through that type of scare too. After a little research, I realized that I could “0” the device and reload the default firmware.

That means that even if it had been opened, I can do a factory reset that would reset the device, reset the firmware, and make it “as if” it were a brand new one from the factory.

I have been using mine now for 4 years. I’m happy…

Mine didnt have these markings

The residue markings are normal. It’s left permanently once you remove the sticker.
If you took it out of the box and the sticker was removed, yes, it was absolutely tampered with. If you personally removed the sticker, again, the leftover glue mark is normal.

So Trezor support responded to my email after ~3days, and pointed me back to the official reseller. However, I already talked to the reseller beforehand and advised me to relay it directly to Trezor since it was related to physical aspect of the wallet (not whether it is technically working or not). So, which is which now?
