Nano S aktualisiert auf 1.1.0 kann nicht senden cardano (Maximum spendable Betrag 0)

Hallo!

Ich habe in der Vergangenheit mehrere Transaktionen erfolgreich gesendet, aber nach der Aktualisierung der Firmware auf 1.1.0 wurden meine Apps automatisch deinstalliert. Ich habe sie dann wieder installiert, aber als ich versucht habe, eine cardano-Transaktion zu senden, sagt die ledger live app, dass mein maximal ausgabefähiger Betrag 0 ist.

Ich habe noch Guthaben auf meinem Konto.

Wie kann ich das beheben?

Ich habe versucht, den Cache auf dem Ledger Live zu löschen, aber das Problem besteht weiterhin. Versucht Löschen cardano app und während das Hinzufügen der cardano app wieder die Ledger in der Lage, die Mittel richtig zu erkennen, aber ich kann immer noch nicht senden cardano, es zeigt den gleichen Fehler (maximal ausgabefähigen Betrag ist 0).

Jede Hilfe wird geschätzt.

Current firmware for the S is 2.1.0 so you are way out of date. Might be too far to get the update, in which case you would need a new device.

nano s most recent firmware is 2.1.0 and so you will want to get that updated.

don’t update the firmware however if you **don’t** have the 24 word recovery phrase with u. if the device disconnects during the firmware update it will reset and u will need to use the 24 word recovery phrase to get the funds back.

if u **dont** have the 24 word recovery phrase and the device resets, then **the funds will be lost forever**.

do not try to update the firmware unless u have the 24 word recovery phrase witchu.

Hey, this is not a firmware issue, I’m assuming you have the Nano S Plus, and v1.1.0 is the latest so no worries on that.

Regarding ADA, there is an ongoing issue with it on Ledger Live, that’s why it’s showing you no balance. Did you in the meantime manage to check out while connecting your Ledger device to 3rd party ADA interface wallets, I will share a couple below, you could use them to access your Ledger ADA account safely without compromising your private keys
