Nano X bei Approve eingefroren, will sich nicht ausschalten…

Mein Nano X ist bei der Approve-Anmeldung von Magic Eden eingefroren und jetzt will er sich nicht mehr ausschalten oder in irgendeiner Weise reagieren. Normalerweise stürzt die App nach ein paar Sekunden ab und er startet neu, aber diesmal nicht. Ich benutze die neueste Firmware.

Ich beginne zu verstehen, warum die Leute die Würfel ohne Hardware-Wallets rollen. Dieser Ledger ist ein Alptraum mit Einfrieren und Abstürzen überall.

Some devices end up bricked and you need a replacement, just hope that isn’t the case here. The most I can say is let the battery run out if it’s frozen. The stax having those same problem would be extremely detrimental, these hardware devices are pretty bad in extreme cases imo.

Hey there, if your device freezes, could you please try to disconnect it and allow the battery to drain fully until the device turns off, then re-charge it to allow it to reboot.

Spoke to a dev on solana yesterday and he said this „Nah, so it is an incompatibility between Ledger and the Solana Wallet Adapter package“

„We kinda just have to wait out Wallet Adapter support for the newest firmware“

So the way I’m reading it, it’s the devs behind the Solana Wallet Adapter package that have to fix the compatibility?

I fully agree. I use an s just for holding btc and eth. One time I put some matic on it and got a dodgy nft which you can only hide. I don’t do anything else on ledger at all. Too risky. Right now I have nothing on it. There are self custody wallets.

I’ve had two devices now freeze whenever I get upto a certain storage space.. They need to up their game and it’s frustrating waiting for their support ticket responses!!
