Hatte das Model T eine Weile nicht benutzt und als ich mich einloggte, hatte ich kein Guthaben in einer versteckten Wallet. versuchte ein neues Firmware-Update – nichts. Metamask zeigt das Guthaben an, von dem ich dachte, ich hätte es. Da ich weiß, dass die pw’s korrekt sind, gibt es eine Reset-Funktion, die ich durchführen könnte? Vielen Dank im Voraus

Same thing happened to me, but after firmware. Support is telling me I created a new pass phrase but I’ve only ever used the 1 phrase. Really stuck on what to do. Will try clearing cache but trezor is now run on an app, not a browser.

This happened to me ~6 months ago after a firmware update and updating trezor desktop. I tried it on a different computer, and oddly it worked again. Thereafter, it Resumed working on the other computer as well.

I have no explanation for this 🤷‍♂️

If you don’t see any transactions, it’s a hint that the passphrase you entered is wrong.

Factory reset and upgrades were good but still couldn’t access the hidden wallet. Nothing moved on etherscan…Hate user errors sux

Hi, please check the FAQ post pinned on our subreddit, section 8.4 Missing coins.
You can find some tips there on what to do when you see an empty wallet. Usually the culprit is a wrong passphrase.
