Made this experience too with other coins and in comparison with other wallets. But it has definetly nothing to do with fluctuating chain-fees. Don’t know what’s wrong with this and the Titan. But wait, relative soon somebody will write here that this is not possible because everything about fees is coming from the chain and not from the wallet. What is true in principle but not the truth about this cases with Ellipal. Because it happens the same time and in every case. The Titan was never cheaper than the other wallets. Did my researches on BSCscan too. Something is special with the Titan and his calculation of transfer-fees.

It seems ellipal by default sets gas fees for BSC transactions pretty high when using pancakeswap – vs the usual 5 gwei default when using other wallets such as metamask/trustwallet. Unfortunately unlike sending BEP20 tokens via the main ellipal app where gas fee can be adjusted (albeit only to a minimum of around ~6 gwei vs 5 gwei default of other wallets) – there seems to be no option to adjust gas fees when using pancake swap with ellipal. I hope they fix this issue soon.

Obviously fees are arbitrary, every wallet or exchange fixes them at their own likes, hence it’s Ellipal that robs fees.

How do you think they are supposed to make gains? Selling the wallet? no, they make gains with transactions, just like everyone else.

It’s like gaming, software houses don’t make money selling the hard copies of a game, they make the real money with in-game purchases (microtransactions).

Everything else is a pitiful lie.

Strange. I just recently purchased a Titan. Haven’t even tried it yet after hearing all of the mixed reviews/

      Fees are variable.
Trust checks them in real time so you always have the right fee.
Ellipal doesn’t check them real time, so they usually make you pay higher fees to be sure that your transaction will go through.

It’s clearly something they must fix asap, personally I just check the right fee on Trust and then edit the fee in ellipal in order to avoid to pay more, but they must fix it by themselves.
