      In den letzten 3 oder 4 Tagen hatte ich Probleme, meine Polka Dot Wallet in Ledger Live zu synchronisieren. Meine Münzen sind auf subscan und polka dot JS verfügbar. Ich habe versucht, den Support zu erreichen, ohne Hilfe. Meine Dot-Münzen sind abgesichert. Haben Sie einen Tipp, wie ich das Problem beheben kann? Ich habe den Cache geleert und die Software und Firmware aktualisiert.

      do u wanna unstake or just get the unsycing fixed?

      u can connect to polkadot.js to see ur balances n whatnot and unstake, but w ledger live make sure ur on version 2.75.0 n make sure polkadot app updated

      Hi there – sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues. Given that your coins are visible on Subscan and Polkadot JS, your assets are still secure. The issue at hand is likely a software communication problem that can be resolved with the correct updates and troubleshooting steps.

      Just to clarify, if you joined the nomination pools for staking, your rewards won’t be visible in Ledger Live.  Ledger Live is not able to detect pooling transactions yet. This means your Ledger balance will be deducted from the amount of DOT pooled but the pooled balance will not show in Ledger Live, only in the Staking Dashboard as described [here](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/7533743296797-How-to-join-a-Polkadot-nomination-pool?docs=true). 

      If you are staking through Ledger Live, as you’ve already tried clearing the cache and updating your Ledger setup following these [guidelines](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/8458939792669-How-to-perform-a-complete-update-of-your-Ledger-setup?docs=true), the next step is to remove and then re-add your Polkadot account in Ledger Live. Removing and then re-adding an account in Ledger Live can help restore the synchronization, the steps can be found in this [article](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404389482641-Add-your-accounts?docs=true).
