Ich habe kürzlich einen neuen Ledger Nano S+ gekauft, nachdem Ledger meinen defekten Ledger Nano X aufgrund eines Batterieproblems nicht ersetzen wollte. Das neue Gerät, das ich gerade vor 30 Minuten erhalten habe, funktioniert jedoch nicht. Trotz meiner Bewunderung für Ledger als Unternehmen und meiner häufigen Empfehlungen ihrer Produkte an andere, ist diese Erfahrung über die Jahre hinweg frustrierend. Ich habe zwei Ledger Nano X-Geräte besessen, die beide aufgrund von Batterieproblemen nicht mehr funktionierten. Für das neueste Gerät konnte ich keinen Ersatz bekommen, also habe ich einen Ledger Nano S+ gekauft. Jetzt funktioniert mein nagelneuer Ledger nicht sofort nach dem Auspacken, lol.

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve experienced multiple issues with your devices. Battery errors can occur occasionally with the Nano X. However, we have a great [guide](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/4409233434641-How-to-troubleshoot-Ledger-Nano-X-battery-issues?support=true) that usually gets the device back into gear. If that doesn’t work and the device is still under warranty, we’re happy to replace it.

As for the Nano S Plus, it does not have a battery and only powers on when connected to a power source. If it’s not powering on when plugged in, make sure to push the cable in firmly.

Of course, we want you to have the best possible experience. If the device still does not power on after following the steps above, it can be replaced (if under warranty) or returned (within the return window).

hey can I ask you a question? I have a nano x (upgraded from nano s) it’s about 2 1/2 yrs old so when the battery goes does plugging it in with usb cable still work?

Nope. A Nano X with battery issue does not stop working, they just cannot work on battery power.

A Nano X that has battery problems just works like a Nano S+, when plugged on USB.

And you did not describe the issue you have with the Nano S+?
