Hatte noch jemand Probleme mit dem Kauf bei BTC Direct? Ich habe letzte Woche BTC im Wert von 40 € gekauft und musste eine E-Mail an das Support-Team schicken, um meine Kryptowährung zu erhalten. Vor etwa einer Stunde habe ich ETH im Wert von 50 € gekauft und es ist immer noch nicht angekommen und ich habe eine E-Mail an sie geschickt, ohne eine Antwort zu erhalten. Das ist seltsam, denn als ich zum ersten Mal meine Ledger-Transaktionen von ihnen kaufte, waren sie in weniger als 5 Minuten durch. Hat sonst noch jemand Probleme mit ihnen?

Then head to Ledger Live settings > help > and clear cache to refresh its block explorers
