Probleme mit der ELLIPAL-Anwendung. Ich habe gerade cardano auf meine ELLIPAL-Anwendung übertragen, aber das Geld wird nicht in meiner Brieftasche angezeigt. Weiß jemand, wie man das Problem lösen kann? Außerdem versuche ich, EOS zu meinem Hard Wallet hinzuzufügen und habe schon einiges ausprobiert, aber ohne Erfolg. Für jede Hilfe wäre ich dankbar.

Sometimes the App can encounter delays due to slow connections which can cause the balance to be incorrect or the transaction details to not be displayed.
You can wait a while for the blockchain to be updated and refresh the App, it will work again. You can write to our cs team :support01@ellipal.com. pls provie the screnshot, they will help you out.
For adding EOS account, you need a friend who has ELLIPAL, then can help you to open it.
①Click EOS -> Enter EOS account name -> Share the EOS account QR code to your friends (The point here is to create an EOS account, there must be at least 0.75 EOS inside so an existing EOS account will have to pay for that, this can only be paid by another ELLIPAL)
