Bin ich der Einzige, der denkt, dass dieser Kundensupport mehr als schrecklich ist?

Ich habe meine ellipal titan diese Woche bestellt und testen Sie es mit einem kleinen Betrag von Geld, die Token sind da, aber das Gleichgewicht wird als 0 angezeigt.

Die E-Mails werden alle 48 Stunden beantwortet, und in der Regel brauche ich eine Klärung. Kein Chat, kein Telefon für eine schnelle Antwort.

Ehrlich gesagt, ich bin zu nahe, um eine Rückerstattung zu bestellen und senden Sie dieses Gerät zurück aufgrund der schrecklichen Unterstützung, die sie geben.

Yeh the wallet does that wait till it glitches and if you hold Ada the entire thing and balance disappears for hours. I have learned never to truth YouTubers with wallet advice. I can’t. Even the tangem is glitchy. But at least you get customer service they do try to help. This one hmm. I took all my valuables off. Trezor tangem and use this for holding many others understanding I track the monetary value in congenial portfolio tracker. Took my btc and eth off there. Sorry but many wallets I have learned are glitchy. Some more than others. Trezor is not so much. I finally got ngrave the big daddy, so I think my strategy is ok. Oh ledger is for connecting to dapps.

I couldn’t be happier with the customer support. I’ve been trying to get clarification on how my crypto was transferred off my Ellipal wallet without my seed phrase for the past 8 months, so I don’t understand how you can possibly complain 🤣
