Hallo,

Zum Thema versuchen, die Sicherheit so weit wie möglich zu verschärfen, wie hoch sind die Chancen, dass ein anderer Ledger oder eine andere Krypto-App denselben Seed generiert, die Krypto eines anderen an dieser Adresse entdeckt und stiehlt?

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, dies zu verbessern?

Mir wurde gesagt, dass Ledger eine zusätzliche Passphrase-Sicherheit bietet, die eine versteckte Wallet-Adresse erzeugt, die oft als “under duress wallet” bezeichnet wird. Verbessert das Einfügen einer Passphrase die Seed-Generierung auf Ledger?

If there was a practical chance to get a duplicate seed, the entirety of blockchain would be useless.

The chance of someone getting the same seed as you from random generation is practically never. But adding a passphrase will add additional security. Make sure you practice using it before you store all of your assets on a passphrase.

I don’t really understand your question. But the purpose of having an additional passphrase is that it creates a different set of accounts.

This means when you are under duress and someone forces you to enter your PIN in your wallet, they could only access the crypto that is secured with your 24 words.
