Nachdem ich gestern erfolgreich ein Test-Senden/Empfangen durchgeführt habe (Coinbase zu Ledger), habe ich gerade versucht, zwei weitere Überweisungen auszuführen, Shiba Inu und Ethereum. Ich habe gesehen, wie beide von Coinbase verschwunden sind, aber sie sind noch nicht bei Ledger Live angekommen. Das ist jetzt etwa 30 Minuten her. Ich erinnere mich vage daran, beim zweiten Überweisungsversuch eine Nachricht gesehen zu haben, die besagte, dass die Überweisung am 14.(?) bearbeitet würde oder ich meine Identität verifizieren könnte, um es schneller zu machen. Ich glaube, ich habe meine Identität bereits in der Vergangenheit verifiziert. Das macht mich ein wenig nervös…

Ya, Coinbase likes to make you re-verify your identity for sizeable transfers even if you re verified it 20 minutes earlier. And “sizeable” is relative. It doesn’t have to be a whole lot

This is really a Coinbase issue, not a Ledger one, since Coinbase hasn’t even sent your funds to the blockchain yet.

You’ve to refresh your ledger over and over
Transfer SHIBA yesterday from kraken. Same thing happen I was scared I lost it. But in the ledger u just have to refresh your ledger assets page over and over

Have you tried clearing the cache on Ledger Live? That usually gets rid of any inaccuracies for me.

Hi there, We’ll be happy to provide some information on this. If you see that your transfer is successful on the blockchain explorer, then clearing the cache in Ledger Live will solve this synchronization issue. Go to Settings > Help > Clear Cache. However if the transaction hasn’t been sent from the coinbase side, then you’ll need to reach out to their support team for further assistance.

Coinbase does this all the time. It happens with large transactions, or repeated transactions. Once you reverify, upload your documentation, and take a selfie to ensure you actually match what’s on your form of ID, it’ll send.
