Ich sehe eine Welt, in der einige Software-Anbieter wie Apple PQC in einige ihrer sicheren Anwendungen implementieren.

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, wie weit wir von einer Welt entfernt sind, in der ein kryptoanalytischer Angriff durch einen Quantencomputer auf die 12/24/25 Seed Phrase erfolgreich ist.

Haben wir eine Vorstellung davon, wie die Sicherheit von Geldbörsen entwickelt wird, so dass ein frühzeitiger Übergang zu PQC-geprüften, selbstverwahrenden Geldbörsen vor diesem Ereignishorizont erfolgen kann?

I don’t think this has anything to do with ledger. It is a general question about crypto technology.

PQC requires very complex calculations and a lot of memory to calculate signatures, so as of today, when you do that on a hardware wallet like a ledger, it is quite impractical (can take 10-20 sec just to calculate a signature!

I tested it with the Ethereum beacon chain BLS signatures, which are PQC, and those are so complex to calculate that it cannot even be done at all with a Nano S.

Infinity years.

QC is about factoring keys, not hashing or brute-forcing. PQC algorithms guard against address reuse. There is no threat to seed creation.
