To date there have only been two hacks against Ledger services not their devices.
First one was a couple years ago a hacker was able to gain access to a database that contained emails for sending marketing newsletters. So if anyone had went to their site and signed up for a newsletter prior to that hack may have been impacted.
Second was the malicious code inserted into the client library for ledgers connectKit. This clientlib is used by dApp developers to connect wallets to their service(s). So if anyone transacted with a dapp that had this malicious code at the time may have been impacted. The connectKit library has since been patched and distributed, but if you are uncomfortable or unsure about a dapp simply email their support and ask if they’ve patched the connectKit library. It’s also important to note that any wallet that connected to an infected dApp that used the connectKit may have also been infected, not just ledger devices.
