Your seed phrase is what you need to access those funds. Remember your money is on the blockchain, not on the physical device. Also, please make sure to *NEVER* give your seed phrase to other people.
I would first try combinations of your PIN code to see if maybe you mistyped it. If that fails, I would try the following:
1. Try importing the seed phrase into another hardware wallet or MetaMask or another software wallet you feel safe in doing so. I probably would only do this on iOS or Android, providing you know the device does not not have malware. This is just to make sure you don’t wipe the Trezor without having a decent chance of getting the funds.
2. Make sure the seed phrase is correct by entering it into the aforementioned.
3. If it’s successful, go ahead and factory reset your Trezor by following the directions they provide.
4. After factory resetting the Trezor, create a new seed phrase and PIN.
5. Send the funds from the MetaMask or whatever wallet you used to the Trezor’s respective address.
