Manchmal, wenn ich den Bildschirm berühre, wird eine andere Stelle registriert. Dies ist ein so großes Problem, dass ich nicht in der Lage bin, eine 6-stellige PIN zweimal korrekt einzugeben und das gleiche Ergebnis zu erhalten. (Da es nicht angezeigt wird) Gibt es etwas, das ich anders als meinen Finger verwenden sollte, oder stimmt etwas mit meinem Gerät nicht? (Das Siegel und die Verpackung wurden nicht manipuliert.) Warum ist das Modell t so schwer zu bedienen?

Are you using the USB cable that came with it? In any case, try a different cable. Some USB cables can cause the touch screen to malfunction.

Could be electrical interference.

Try unplugging your laptop from mains (if you’re using a laptop), or using a powered hub (if you’re using a desktop), or plugging directly into the PC (if you’re using a hub).

Try a bunch of different cables.

Could also be a flaky touchscreen. They’re not great honestly. If any of this voodoo doesn’t solve the problem, contact support, ask for a RMA and you should get it without much trouble (hopefully).
