Trezor BootLoader, und Loch .

Ich habe vor kurzem ein Trezor Model T bekommen (vorher hatte ich ein Trezor Model One), und ich bin ein ziemlich paranoides Individuum, ich habe es direkt von Trezor gekauft, ich habe doppelt überprüft, dass das Hologramm da war, und habe etwa 20% meiner Kryptowährung übertragen.

Einmal, als ich es einsteckte, zeigte es einen BLAUEN “Bootloader X.X.X” und forderte mich auf, eine Firmware zu installieren? Oben rechts war eine Schaltfläche, um den Trezor neu zu starten oder zu formatieren, ich habe ihn neu gestartet und es hat gut funktioniert.

Hin und wieder taucht es auf und ich muss das Gleiche tun, ich wurde ein wenig paranoid und musste den Trezor doppelt überprüfen, ich fand ein kleines Loch auf der rechten Seite des Trezor.

Ich würde gerne wissen, ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt, zu überprüfen, ob mein Trezor echt ist und ob die Firmware auch echt ist. Ich verwende die Trezor Suite, die ich direkt von Trezor github heruntergeladen habe, Wird die Trezor Suite mir sagen, ob mein Trezor verändert wurde?

What I read.

1. Out of the box, upon first power-up you got the blue bootloader screen instead of the generic new-device-welcome screen.
2. Randomly when the device is plugged in, you get the blue bootloader screen.
3. Randomly when in bootloader you get a “format” button instead of “reboot button”
4. There two holes in the casing for your device, one for USB and another that is unknown.

If EVERYTHING above is correct, immediately stop using the device and open a support ticket for a replacement. Trezor will want that device back so they can determine how it was shipped. DO NOT google Trezor to find the website. Instead, open this page in a desktop web browser and “support” drop down at the top of this subreddit for the propper link to the Trezor homepage.

If the Trezor registers a touch while the outlined-lock logo is shown, it will drop you into bootloader. The main function of bootloader is upgrading firmware, so that’s what the big button says.

Maybe you’re holding the device weird when you plug it in? Maybe your screen is dirty? Maybe you got some electrical interference making ghost touches? Or maybe the touchscreen is just flaky, that’s not exactly uncommon with a TT.

In any case you don’t need to worry about this. You can unplug/replug, or you can do the “reboot” thing from menu.
