Dies ist das DEFACTO und beste Produkt in diesem Bereich, und ich denke, es ist seit etwa 10 Jahren. Nun, da Ledger plant, den Support für das ältere Modell Nano S einzustellen, das gerade mal 5 Jahre alt ist, plant TREZOR, dieses fabelhafte OG-Produkt abzusetzen? Ich höre Gerüchte für R.

No need to panic. Even if Trezor stopped supporting the Model One, you could still sign transactions securely with it, since the Bitcoin protocol is not going to change.

Why would they dump perfectly good product? It’s not like in personal computers where every two years you have a new killer feature. Device does its job and is open source. Noone else has anything like that

Trezor-1 has been supported throughout the life of Trezor-T. And even if they do drop support, the firmware can be built and maintained by any user who wishes. For example, Netgear managed to keep routers alive for many years after EOL by simply letting opensource communities pick up the work
