Trezor One steckt nach dem Upgrade auf 1.12.1 mit Trezor Suite auf Mac im Bootloader-Modus fest

Hallo,

ich habe die neue Firmware installiert (mit der Trezor Suite auf dem Mac), und normalerweise funktioniert das ganz gut. Aber heute steckt der Trezor einfach im Bootloader-Modus fest. Ich habe das Gerät mehrfach angeschlossen und getrennt, aber es bleibt einfach im Bootloader-Bildschirm hängen. Was kann ich bitte tun?

The error I am getting is: “Device detected in incorrect state” …

Never happened before – do I need to order a new Trezor?

Tried different USB sockets too… won’t connect via web or suite…what could be going on here?

I got this “device wrong state” error once (using Linux Ubuntu).
The issue was solved installing udev drivers. Trezor suite did it automatically and after that, the trezor was working again.
Idk if something like this applies to Mac though.

Use the Trezor App installed on laptop.
Keep an eye on the device something appears and you will need to click the right button! I think it was accept or agree don’t really remember but I had to press right button and it worked then on the App I installed the Firmware.
Remember don’t panic that’s the worst you can do!
Seed phrase is the most important.
