Hallo Kryptomaten,

Hier ist mein Problem mit Trezor X MEW und ich bin immer noch etwas verwirrt und weiß nicht, was ich tun soll. Jede Art von Antwort oder Erfahrungsaustausch ist willkommen und wird sehr geschätzt

Ich habe also den üblichen Schritt gemacht und Ethereum-Wallets über http://Myetherwallet.com generiert, indem ich das Trezor-Gerät verwendet habe, das mit der spezifischen Passphrase eingerichtet ist.

Im nächsten Schritt schloss ich mein Trezor-Gerät an und gab die Passphrase ein, empfing und kopierte zwei Ethereum-Wallets (auch bekannt als Fresh Wallets), wenn es auch etwas bedeutet, muss der Zeitunterschied maximal 2 Minuten betragen

Nehmen wir an, ich behalte Wallet A und Wallet B als frische, unbenutzte Wallets für zu erwartende Transaktionen

Später wurde eine Transaktion auf einer dieser Wallets durchgeführt, zum Beispiel auf Wallet A

Um auf mein Guthaben zuzugreifen, habe ich http://Myetherwallet.com aufgerufen, das Trezor-Gerät angeschlossen, die Passphrase eingegeben und auf dem Gerät selbst bestätigt

Und jetzt kommt das Hauptproblem: Ich kann Wallet A nicht in meiner Wallet-Liste finden, und Wallet B ist auch noch da.

Ich habe also keinen Zugriff auf Geldbeutel A, aber ich kann Geldbeutel B noch verwalten.

Später überprüfte ich alle ETH-Wallets, die von MEW angeboten werden, aber auch hier ist Wallet A einfach verschwunden

Nach ein paar Tagen des Grübelns und der Selbstvorwürfe bin ich mir ziemlich sicher, dass die Wallet korrekt kopiert wurde.

Kein Betrug, keine ungesicherten URLs, keine Erweiterungen, kein Tippfehler, ich weiß nicht, ob es etwas ändert, aber sogar keine Metamaske auf dem Gerät

Ich bin kein Neuling im Kryptobereich und ich denke, dass die Tatsache, dass die zweite Wallet (Wallet B) in der Liste ist, der Beweis ist, denn die Wallets wurden Sekunden nacheinander kopiert.

Ich hatte wenig Kommunikation mit den beiden Support-Mitarbeitern, ich kann eindeutig sagen, dass MEW sich nicht einmal höflich kümmert (wir sind dezentralisiert bla bla bla) und Trezor auf das Problem hinweist

Außerdem ist alles, was ich von Trezor bekam, zu versuchen, Recovery-Seed (Was ofc ich zweimal noch fehlt)

Also war mein nächster Schritt ein wenig Recherche/Surfen, ob jemand irgendwo ein ähnliches Problem hatte, aber keine Anhaltspunkte

Fand heraus, über BTCrecovery sah einige Crypto Guide YouTube-Videos, aber immer noch keinen Anhaltspunkt

Vielen Dank für das Lesen und das Erreichen der Endpunkt meines Problems alle Informationen oder sogar HOW TO Guides, wenn ich trezor Gerät verbinden muss geschätzt werden coz gerade jetzt bin wenig Angst, wieder zu verbinden oder eine kleine Transaktion wieder machen

Not sure what do you mean by *setup* passphrase ?
Could you clarify on *received and copied two ETH wallets* ?

What do you mean by *wallet list*?

Please note that there is a certain hierarchy: accounts and addresses (which is the same thing in case of Ethereum, weird I know) are subsidiary to wallets.

Every time you connect your Trezor to MEW you are prompted to export your public key and and enter your passphrase (if enabled). If you won’t, you will just access your Standard wallet.
Now every accounts/addresses are derived from the unique private key that is, very simply put, represented by combination of recovery seed and passphrase (again, if used).
If you enter different passphrase or use different seed (with same passphrase) you will be offered different list of addresses you can export.

So in order to access the same address repeatedly you have to use exactly the same “formula” – that combination of seed and (no) passphrase.

Also, please note that MEW, as far as I know, let you access only one address at the time. That’s why I don’t understand your statement of r*eceiving and copying two eth wallets* nor you not being able *to find wallet A on the list while wallet B is still there.*

If you wish to access address that is part of different, hidden (passphrase protected) wallet. Simply log out or close the tab, reconnect your device and go through the process of allowing the export of public keys and entering the desired passphrase again.
And if you use exactly the same combination of seed and passphrase you used in the first place (wallet A) you will access that wallet. There is no exception unless you are using different seed or making typo in passphrase (that is btw case sensitive).
