Überweisung von eToro Money auf Trezor ETH Wallet

Ich bin kein Experte, also verzeihen Sie mir bitte, wenn ich die Terminologie nicht genau richtig verstehe.

Gestern habe ich einige ETH von eToro Money auf mein Trezor ETH Wallet übertragen. Auf der eToro-Seite wird es als bestätigt angezeigt, und ich habe E-Mails zur Bestätigung der Übertragung erhalten. Aber es wird immer noch nicht auf meiner Trezor angezeigt.

Könnte es so lange dauern? oder könnte es irgendwie an den falschen Ort gegangen sein? Ich habe den QR-Code verwendet und die Nummer visuell abgeglichen. Wenn ich jetzt wieder in den Trezor gehe, ist die Empfangsadresse eine andere als gestern. Ändert sie sich täglich? Wie kann ich sie wiederfinden?

I think you mixed up ETC for ETH or something or you are in the wrong wallet.

Do you have the transaction hash?

Is the address there different from your address right now?

Did you check if you were on the correct network, and did you check your trezor’s address balance on a Block explorer?

It could be that you sent it to the wrong address, or on the wrong network (hopefully not)

Also, this is another thing to consider, but if you copied your receiving address from Trezor suite into etoro and you didn’t receive it, your PC might have a clipboard hijacker

Hi, if you don’t see the used receiving address in your wallet, you won’t be able to see the transaction there, as you are apparently in a wrong wallet.

Try using this tool: https://findeth.io/
Search for the address you can’t find. Enter the address there, connect your Trezor and let the website scan all the derivation paths associated with the keys that are in Trezor. Let us know about the results of the search, please.
