Hallo Leute, ich hoffe, jemand kann mir helfen. Ich habe mein Passwort für mein Ellipal-Konto verloren, also habe ich die Anweisungen befolgt und mein Konto mit der Seeds-Phase wiederhergestellt. Also, nachdem ich das neue Konto benannt habe, sehe ich, dass ich 2 Konten auf meiner ellipal-App habe, eines mit Krypto (das alte Konto) und eines ohne das neue Konto. Was ich tun muss, ist, um alle meine Krypto aus dem alten Konto, dass ich mein Passwort verloren, um das neue Konto, das ich gerade erstellt übertragen.

Why didn’t you just enter the seed phrase and not transfer it? It should all be safe if you only forgot password. I would just use seed to install the old wallet back on ellipal and be done

By the way, you cannot recover your account via passphrase, only can be done with mnemonic or mnemonic + passphrase
