Ich habe eine Kryptowährung, die ich von der App an eine kalte Wallet senden möchte. Ich bin in der Wallet angemeldet, die verschiedenen Kryptos sagen, mit der App verbinden. Ich habe die kalte Wallet bereits hinzugefügt, die QR-Codes automatisch abgespielt, aber immer noch nicht den unsignierten Daten-QR-Code gefunden, nach dem die App immer wieder fragt. Was soll ich jetzt tun?

My friend told me that the Ellipal Device and the App are different. She said that you cannot view the crypto balance on the Ellipal Device itself, you can only view your balance on the App. She also mentions that your Ellipal Device signs your transactions.
