If you can’t remember your 25th word, sorry to say, your crypto is lost forever.

This is why the passphrase is recommended only to advanced users. Beginners stay away.

Have you tried restoring your wallet from scratch using your seed+passphrase combination?

Better watch lots of videos on youtube explaining what everything is about. You should know what you are doing at least.

Is the 25th word saved to a second pin?

Power on device enter 25th word pin

      Click on my assets

If wallet isn’t shown hit add wallet and search with device powered on with 25th word PIN code

Should locate the wallet if not idk what the hell u did to lose the wallet.

You have to know the word exactly. CAT, Cat, CAt etc are all different words. Add a space, a comma, anything at the end will give you a different wallet. Do you know the wallets master key?

You most definitely made a mistake in the passphrase. Don’t reset the ledger, try metamask.

How did you enter the passphrase? Perhaps you are not using it correctly, or Bernal’s you didn’t use it correctly when you were sending crypto to it. Try also without a passphrase.

Check out this tutorial. I don’t think you understand how Passphrase works.

If that doesn’t help, you don’t have the correct password. Always verify via refund before transferring funds!

Did you see the recent pop up message on Ledger website? Once it is fixed, the message will be gone. But I copied it and pasted below…..

Temporary display issue with Ethereum (ETH) deposits in Ledger Live. Your Ethereum (ETH) deposits from exchanges may not be displayed in the transaction history of Ledger Live, but rest assured, your ETH balance will still accurately display. We are actively working on a solution. Learn more.

Sorry, the above is not your issue. If you reinstalled the Ledger Live app on your computer and you do not see your ETH on the Ledger Live then you need to do the following:

Connected your Ledger Nano S or X. Under Portfolio, click ADD ACCOUNT and then select ETH for the “Choose a crypto asset”. Unlock your Ledger Nano with your 4-8 number PIN. Open the Eth app on your device by clicking both left and right buttons on your device. You should see your ETH with a checkmark already there on the Ledger Live, if you have ETH on your Nano device. Click ADD ACCOUNT. DONE. Repeat for all the other coins on your device. Not sure if this was your issue, but good luck.

Have you accessed this passphrase account successfully many times in the past before? If you have then there’s no question you are using the right passphrase. If you have only accessed it once before, likely you typed in a slight different passphrase off by one digit or letter or capitals.

Hey, the PIN code of your Ledger device does not have any relation to the 25th word, also known as a passphrase. The passphrase is an advanced feature that adds an extra word to your 24-word recovery phrase, creating a whole new set of accounts. If you’ve lost or forgotten your passphrase, Ledger cannot retrieve it for you.
If you’re sure that you’ve correctly entered your passphrase but still can’t find your Ethereum account, it’s possible that you’re not looking in the right derivation path. Ethereum accounts can be created on different derivation paths, and Ledger Live might not display accounts from all of them.
In this case, you might want to use a tool like MyEtherWallet (MEW) to explore different derivation paths. Please be careful when using third-party tools and always make sure you’re on the correct website.
