This has absolutely nothing to do with Trezor so they cannot help you.
Take metamask, connect it to your Trezor, switch to polygon network.

This is slightly confusing. Did you try to send the tokens directly to the Trezor’s ETH receiving address (AKA Trezor suite) or to a Trezor account imported/linked to your MetaMask. If it’s the latter, did you add SAND’s token contract address for the Polygon Network for the Trezor account? You usually need to add them manually otherwise they won’t appear at all.

Suite does not support Polygon Network, you must use MetaMask.

Show the txid, without that nobody knows what you did.
Also sand on polygon is called msand.

trezor is on the eth chain, login to metamask through your trezor private keys and you should see them pop up

You obviously do not understand that your tokens are neither in MetaMask nor in the Trezor, they are on the blockchain.

MM is just an interface (i.e. a front-end) to see the token, and in fact you can use MM connected to the Trezor to see accounts (on the blockchain) that are derived from the Trezor seed.

So do as other have advised: Connect your MM to your Trezor, and set MM to interface with the POLYGON network, and you will see your SAND tokens.
