Verlorener Trezor, Phrasen, & Stift

Hallo,

Ich kann mein Trezor-Gerät nicht finden, und ich glaube, meine Phrasen und mein Pin waren bei dem Gerät dabei (ich weiß, nicht das Klügste, aber man lernt ja nie aus). Ich bin mir also nicht sicher, ob jemand sie alle zusammen genommen hat oder ich sie wirklich nicht finden kann.

Ich habe jedoch eine Kopie der Phrasen und der Anstecknadel. Wie kann ich überprüfen, ob sich noch Münzen im Gerät befinden? Wenn noch Münzen im Gerät sind, wie kann ich sie an eine neue Wallet mit neuen Phrasen und Pins senden?

Ich sehe, dass das Wort “Seeds” oft verwendet wird, aber ich verstehe nicht ganz, was das bedeutet. Wenn jemand einfache Begriffe verwenden könnte, wäre ich wirklich dankbar!

Seed is the random words that make your wallet. The “recovery phrase”. Sometimes 12 words, 24 words, or 25 words.

If you mean you still have that seed, you can use any BIP39 wallet (such as exodus which is highly recommended) and put in the Trezor seed to access the wallet. You will not need the PIN to access the wallet. However, if you had a hidden wallet (a passphrase secured wallet), you will need the passphrase along with the seed to access the wallet.

Assuming you have all of this, you need to access your wallet and move your funds to another wallet ASAP. If someone got your seed or your Trezor with the pin, they could take all your funds before you have the chance to move them off that wallet. If someone does move them, they’re gone. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

If you still have your seed, use it to import your account on a hot wallet (trust wallet, coinbase wallet, etc) and send all your funds to an echange or a new wallet. If someone has your trezor, pin and seed they will clearly steal your crypto.

Hmm. Interesting. What if a password had have been used, theoretically? They would have been SOL? Or not? If you use a password, in this situation, you would HAVE to get another hardware wallet to secure funds, right?

Your crypto does not “live” on the Trezor. Think of the Trezor as a key, not a wallet. The Trezor holds the key to prove you ow. The cryoto on the blockchain. You prove you own it and can move it from one blockchain address to another.

Add your seed words to software wallet and move your crypto to another address ASAP!
