Ich hoffe, dass ich eine Anleitung bekomme, wie ich Dogecoin, die bei der Übertragung von der Ellipal-App zu Titan verloren gegangen sind, wiederherstellen kann. Hier ist, was ich bereits versucht habe:

-Löschen und Reaktivieren des Kontos (dadurch sind die Münzen verschwunden)
-Deinstallation und Neuinstallation der App
-Titan aktualisieren
-Es ist mir gelungen, einige Münzen auf der Blockchain zu finden, aber nicht alle (es gab mehrere Käufe) *Können Sie mir Tipps geben, wie ich Münztransaktionsbelege finde?!?

Für jeden Hinweis, der zu einer Lösung dieses Problems führt, wären wir dankbar.

If the wallet address generated by importing the mnemonic phrases is a new wallet address that does not match your expected one, there are 3 possible reasons. We recommend that you check them out one by one. 

Reason 1: You are using mnemonics of a different account or some words are incorrect or in a wrong order.

Reason 2: Select the wrong address type at the recovery step(Segwit or non-Segwit)

Reason 3:If you added a passphrase when you created the account, please add it when you recover the account. If you don’t add or write the wrong passphrase, the address will be different.

Don’t trust anyone that sends you a l ink to input your pass phrase words or keys. It is 100% a scam. Contact Ellipal directly through their website. Don’t click on any links someone sends you here or in a private chat.

Did you transfer your coins out or your account or just reset your titan? Check BSC scan to see what your wallet holds. I have noticed Ellipal Titan App does not show my coins, they have 0 balance, sometimes but they appear after a few minutes. A little annoying IMO. good luck.
