Also, ich habe versehentlich Optimism von Coinbase an meine Mail-Eth-Adresse auf meinem Ledger durch Optimism-Netzwerk gesendet. Jetzt sind meine Optimism-Token nicht auf meinem Ledger gutgeschrieben. Ich hatte vorher einige Probleme mit Matic und das war ziemlich einfach von Bride behoben. Irgendwelche Ideen, um dies zu beheben?

Just add an OP account to your Ledger Live app. + Add Account on Ledger Live in the accounts tabs.

Optimism is fully supported in Ledger Live, so you can simply add an Optimism account into Ledger Live as u/left4dedos mentioned – it will share the same wallet address as your ETH account, but will display your assets on the Optimism network.
