Könnten Sie nicht Ihre 12 Wörter an jemanden weitergeben, ohne dass dieser Zugriff auf Ihr Guthaben in der versteckten Wallet hat? Ja, ich weiß, dass man seine Worte niemals weitergeben sollte, aber wäre man technisch gesehen nicht trotzdem sicher, wenn man die versteckte Seed-Phrase braucht, um auf die versteckte Wallet zuzugreifen? Gibt es eine Möglichkeit für einen Hacker, nur mit den 12 Wörtern, aber ohne Kenntnis der versteckten Wallet-Phrase, in die versteckte Wallet zu gelangen? Vielen Dank, Leute, für eure Zeit.

Depends… If you have a silly passphrase like a phrase from a book, a famous quote a too short passphrase etc.. it is possible to crack the passphrase.

Kinda true. This was the thinking in the early days of bitcoin when “brain-wallets” were VERY popular. There was a site where you enter a passphrase and it gave you a paper wallet, and that is how people stacked sats.

Few years later people started panicking as all those wallets started to drain. Turned out some GPU farm decided to start brute-forcing all english word brain-wallets and they were astonishingly successful.

So what you outline is true, but what is likely incorrect is your assumption as to how difficult your passphrase is to guess. Brute force engines running a trillion guesses per second can do a lot more damage than most think.

It would be a brute force attack, and the number of iterations required for each attempt is really the only thing standing in the way.

for me, I think passphrase + pin on our trezor is safe enough if anyone just in case got hold of our trezor.
