Currently Ledger Live is experiencing some visual errors with our backend Ethereum service-providers, however this is purely a *visual* issue within the Ledger Live UI. Our developers are aware of and currently working on resolving this ASAP.
Importantly, as long as your 24 word recovery phrase is written down and safely stored, your assets should be absolutely safe.
If you – or any other community members – are looking to reference your ETH account(s) or monitor your balances, specifically of your ERC-20 assets, you can do so using an Ethereum block explorer, such as [EtherScan](https://etherscan.io/) (just as you mentioned u/Miggle58).
Additionally, in the case that you need to manually access or manage your ERC-20 assets, you can do so by [connecting your Ledger to MetaMask as a hardware wallet](https://www.ledger.com/academy/security/the-safest-way-to-use-metamask), and then you should be able to control all of your ERC-20 tokens for the time being.
