Hat jemand ein Problem mit dem Empfang von Münzen in letzter Zeit? Ich habe eine Übertragung gestern zu meinem Titan und es hat rund 10 Stunden und doch ist die App noch nicht mit den neuen Münzen aktualisiert. [Blockchain.com](https://Blockchain.com) hat bereits bestätigt, dass die Transaktion **Bestätigt** wurde und der Absender hat ebenfalls bestätigt, dass die Münzen bereits gesendet wurden.

Ich benutze Titan seit etwa einem Monat, also ist dies nicht das erste Mal, dass ich Münzen verschickt habe, aber es ist das erste Mal, dass es auch nach vielen Stunden nicht aktualisiert wurde.

If you decide to move to another hardware wallet just load your cold wallet seed you’ll have your funds. There is no way ellipal can see your seed on the titan it’s complete air gapped so even if you don’t trust them you can trust your seed unless you think they have a secret connection running 🙄 like a SIM card jaja

Quick update, just saw my balance finally updated. Took more than 13 hours for the balance to reflect the new amount.

For anyone considering to buy Ellipal, please take this real life experience and the kind commenters who shared their experience and knowledge into consideration.

Depends on the coin some do take a bit. You can always check your titan Wallet address on the corresponding blockchain and check on that transaction

If it’s a new coin make sure you’ve added the coin to the wallet. Ex. If it’s an erc20 token under eth make sure you’ve added the wallet like shib inu it won’t asume you have x token

You might also manually refresh the app wallet a couple of times

There are two possible problems with delayed amount display:

1. Low confirmed quantity, or blockchain transaction blockage, resulting in coins not arriving in the expected time.

2. Sometimes the ELLIPAL App can encounter delays due to slow connections which can cause the balance to be incorrect or the transaction details to not be displayed.
Regardless of whether the App data is synchronized or not, your coins will not be lost because your private keys are stored securely air-gapped on the ELLIPAL.

You can just go through the post history in this sub reddit, several people have reported they haven’t received coins. It’s not just an issue for you, many others have reported it. The best way for you to recover your coins is to type your seed phrase in electrum and send it over to another wallet
