Ich interessiere mich für die Erfahrung des Benutzers Bob. Alice versteht, was mit der Kette und den Adressformaten passiert. Bob nicht so sehr.

Wenn Alice BTC an eine BCH-Adresse von Bobs Trezor sendet (die keine BTC enthält), wird Bob das merken? Was passiert in der Schnittstelle? Wäre es unsichtbar, bis Bob eine Art Scan durchführt oder eine BTC-Wallet hinzufügt? Oder würde das Trezor-Interface bei der nächsten Aktualisierung einfach den Kontostand im Hauptbrowser-Interface anzeigen?

in Trezor Suite, the BTC accounts only look on Bitcoin chain, and BCH accounts only look on the BCH chain.

The BCH addresses are not just a conversion of the BTC addresses either. There is a wholly separate set.

So if Alice got Bob’s BCH address from Suite, Bob will never see the money. To recover it, they will need to use some 3rd party software.

If Bob is using something like Electrum-BCH and configured it for the same derivation paths as Bitcoin (maybe he swept his BCH in the past?), then his BCH address is essentially the same thing as a BTC address, and the BTC will show up in Bob’s BTC account as usual.

Alice has sent BTC to the equivalent address on the BTC chain, and Bob can sweep the funds with his key. Bob sees nothing in the BCH chain, but possesses the private key for the legacy address which is valid on both chains.
