The words are the same, it’s the derivation path (which calculates addresses and private keys from the words) which is likely different here.

You need to use an other (software)wallet to your extra funktions. I highly recommended you to not use your 24 words in another wallet. Just create a new wallet with another software and transfer the HNT funds there.
