Hallo, ich habe gerade meine Trezor-Wallet erhalten.

Zu meiner Überraschung werden die meisten Münzen, die ich besitze (z.B. BNB), nicht von der Trezor Suite unterstützt und ich muss, soweit ich weiß, eine Hot Wallet wie Metamask oder Rabby anschließen?
Wie ist das sicher?

Ich habe eine Hardware-Wallet, um der Besitzer meiner Münzen zu sein, aber die Tatsache, dass ich eine nicht-verwahrende Hot-Wallet benutzen muss, hat mich zum Nachdenken gebracht, was ist wirklich die Notwendigkeit an diesem Punkt, eine Hardware-Wallet zu haben, wenn ich sie mit Rabby verbinden muss?

Wallet suites like Trezor Suite display your portfolio by using your public key, not private key. You should be able to plug your public key into any supported application and it will display your transaction history and balance. Never plug your private key or seed phrase into anything.

Trezor holds keys and the keys NEVER leave. You need to understand that cryptocurrency is based on keyed cryptography. Like NEED to know that fundamentally. Any application that relies on Trezor will have to do ANY keyed cryptography through trezor.

So yes, you can pair, and view and deposit all you want (no keys used). But the moment you want to send, or sign, you will find all of these product prompt for Trezor so they can ask Trezor to perform these keyed operations.
