Hallo!

Mein Sohn hat sein Schlüsselblatt verloren, also haben wir eine andere Ledger-Geldbörse gekauft (das Original war ein Nano X und dieses Mal haben wir einen Nano S Plus gekauft).

Was ist der einfachste und sicherste Weg, um meine Krypto-Vermögenswerte von einem zum anderen zu bewegen? Ich vermute, wir müssen einen neuen Satz von Schlüsseln auf der zweiten erstellen, usw., aber ich kenne den genauen Prozess nicht.

The best way is to simply send all assets from old wallet to new wallet.

Since the original seed phrase is lost, I suggest doing it quickly as someone might have the sheet now.

What you should do is:

1. Create a new wallet with S+, write down new seed phrases, and really keep it safe. Find out why the old one was lost, avoid doing it again.
2. Find out the wallet addresses of the new wallet.
3. Send all assets from X wallet to S+ wallet.

To move assets from your old Ledger Nano X to Ledger Nano S plus please follow the steps below.

1. Set up your Ledger Nano S plus with a new set of 24 words seed phrase.
2. Install the apps on your Nano S plus and create new accounts.
3. Transfer assets from your old accounts to new accounts. (Send a small test amount)
4. Once the transfer is complete you can reset your Ledger Nano X by entering 3 wrong PIN.
5. Restore your Nano X with the 24 words seed phrase generated by Nano S plus. After this you can manage your assets with both the devices.
