if you’re going to sell then buy I would assume move to Exchange buy and move back would be cheaper. I was going to swap ETH to BTC few months back, and it was cheaper to move out sell/buy and move back.

I normally use sites like SimpleSwap, generate a USDC receiving address on the ledger and send the XRP to their address. It might not be the best exchange rate but you only have to make one transaction and definitely cheaper than ledgers swap feature

When it comes to swapping XRP *to* USDC *to* BTC, you have options!

      You could:

      – Use the “Swap” tab in Ledger Live to swap the XRP to USDC (if supported in your region) then swap the USDC to BTC when you’re ready

      – Use one of the swap options in the “Discover” tab of Ledger Live to swap the XRP to USDC then swap the USDC to BTC when you’re ready

      – Send the XRP to an exchange account and swap the XRP to USDC then swap the USDC to BTC when you’re ready

As mentioned above, swap support varies by region. Additionally, each of the mentioned transactions will incur fees. Fees frequently change and heavily depend on network activity at the time of the transaction. If you opt for the last option and wish to send your USDC to a Ledger-secured account while waiting for the right moment to buy BTC, you’ll incur network fees when sending it back.

One way or another you must “swap” it.

There are fees (network fees, exchange/swap fees etc).

You can send it to CEX of your choice and do the rest there, but then again, you will need to pay a withdrawal fees if you want to move coins back to your “wallet”.

So yeah, suck it up and move on.

Smart move unloading that useless pile of garbage for Bitcoin. Your only mistake here is that you’re going to be waiting on the sidelines for a dip that isn’t coming.

Never do a swap on ledger , they use 3rd party companies who keep your Money , Changelly have held my money for months , from a swap … never do a swap on ledger live , there’s a risk … don’t do it . Send out to a platform direct ledger to platform . Do not press swap button

don’t buy & sell on Ledger! use an exchange unless you want to be quadruple ripped off with super-high fees. never buy or sell from hot wallets or cold storage wallets, they have the highest, fees of all options.🙄
