the USDT are most likely on your ETH account, you can check by entering your ETH address in etherscan.

If you add an ETH account within Ledger Live, you should be able to see your USDT from the XRP swap. In the situation that you were using another external swapping service, there’s a chance your tokens may be appearing there.

You could also see if for any reason your funds aren’t appearing due to a sync error by clearing your cache (“settings” > “help” > “clear cache” > “confirm”) and seeing if your USDT appears in your ETH account after the cache has been cleared.
