Not to worry, it’s annoying but the xShib is safe and sound in your Ledger’s ETH account. It’s just not being displayed in Ledger Live because Ledger Live isn’t aware of that token at the moment.
If you’re not in a hurry to move them again, you can simply request that we add that token into an upcoming release of Ledger Live here ([https://developers.ledger.com/docs/token/erc20-bep20/](https://developers.ledger.com/docs/token/erc20-bep20/)) and you’ll be able to send them from Ledger Live once it gets included. To check your balance, the Zerion app (found over in the Discover section) works quite well for checking the value of many more tokens and should work for you here
If you’re in a hurry to move them again, many users (myself included) find that using Metamask with your Ledger is a really good way of adding the flexibility of managing smaller market cap tokens like xShib without compromising on security. MyEtherWallet is another good alternative for simple send/receive of assets like xShib as well.
Happy to point you in the right direction with those third-party options, but just remember as a Ledger user there’s never any reason to enter your seed phrase into a computer for any reason. If MEW or Metamask as you for your seed phrase, you’re in the wrong place. Don’t ever type it into a computer or phone ever.
